We are a Sydney based talent search and consulting firm, focussed on large, complex IT project delivery.
Since 2012, Edge Delivery has been quietly forging a reputation as a unique, trusted and experienced provider of high quality talent.
Our mission is to de-risk and accelerate complex technology projects.
We do this through a tailored blend of talent search and consulting services, ensuring teams are set up for success.

Traditional IT recruitment - it's not working

Edge Delivery was built from frustrations working with typical agency recruitment firms:
- Agency recruiters who have never worked in complex project environments, so don’t understand the anatomy of a project, methodology variants, the complex interactions between roles or the challenge of managing difficult stakeholders.
- Candidates that are only sourced from the ‘active market’. Ie, advertising roles instead of true headhunting for highest quality, off-market talent.
- Candidate matching based only on a few key words in the Job Description, often neglecting soft skills and cultural fit.
